Meet The Team

Mike Stapel

Mike has been in the pet containment industry since 2007. Now, with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge that allows him to carry out each job according to each owner’s specific needs.

Mike prides himself on treating every property and pet as though they were his own, and his top priority is exceeding clients’ expectations. He is committed to staying on the cutting edge of technology while keeping pets safe and allowing them to play however they want to in their owners’ yards.

He and his wife, Rachel, also own Off-Leash K9 Training Green Bay, where they offer multiple training options for your pup. His training background and pet containment experience truly make him a leading provider in the industry.

Mike is a graduate of Lakeland University with a degree in sports facility management and a minor in coaching. Mike has had a lifetime passion for dogs, including rescuing several senior dogs over the past 10 years.

Rachel Stapel

Rachel holds her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Wisconsin Lutheran College. After spending nearly 10 years in the healthcare administration field, she joined Mike in the pet industry in 2019.

Because of her background, Rachel currently manages the business side of Lakeshore Dog Fence, LLC and Off Leash K9 Training Green Bay. Rachel is exceptionally proud of the fact that they personally install every single fence for Lakeshore Dog Fence as a husband and wife team. Her main goal is that you can’t even tell they stepped onto your property but you’re left with a safer, happier pet!

Rachel and Mike currently have a black Labrador, Ruger, and a German Shepherd, Barron, at home.
